Return and Refund

We are creating handmade comfortable suits for every size and body. As they are handmade it can sometimes happen that there is a little imperfection, but we want to make all of you mermaids happy so here are the refund and return options.

•    If the suit has a ripped seam or something then send us a picture of the damage and you'll get a new one made.
•    We don't refund, or feel responsible for any package that gets lost or damage through shipping
•    In case you don't love your suit, you have 60 days to send the unworn and unwashed item with all tags on back. The item has to arrive at our office within those 60 days from the day it was delivered! You can exchange, or we can refund the price you paid for your suit. We can't refund the shipping cost. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of the returned item, minus original shipping charges.
•    No refund on items that have been washed or worn, on sale or bought with a special promotion code

 

 HOW TO ORGANIZE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN

 If you want to return or exchange your suit, contact us via e-mail marvecabeachwear@gmail.com In case the item has a damage send us a picture of it, if you'd like to change the colors or size tell us what you want to get in exchange.

 Pack the item carefully and protected and mail it to this direction:
